She's a-coming down folks. Hallelujah! This is the house where Spencer's asthma was born. We lived here for a year, and didn't realize until near the end of our stay that there was some serious mold issues going on down there in the basement. Due to the slope of the land, there are some drainage problems that cause the basement to flood every spring. We're talking mold "flowers" on the wall .
Nas-T! not to mention UnHealth-E!
So, the "have-'er-smooshed-and-gone" date is set for New Year's Day. Good way to start the new year - moldless!

That is too bad. It was my favorite place to stay, after the single-wide, of course. Anything going to replace it?
