February is calving season, and there are always mama cows that either have twins, abandon their calves, or for whatever season there are always calves that need to be bottle fed.
Usually just 2 or 3 kids will go down to feed the calves, but this time all the kids and I went. Jiles got the royal treatment of being pulled in a sled since he has a broken leg.
These calves are named Tulip and Nick. Not sure where the names come from. Well, from the kids.
Peeking out at the heifers.
Visiting the horses real quick...Jackie and Friday.
Desperate to play, hopping everywhere, and Oliver's mismatched, one girl boot.
I pulled the littles in the sled down to check out the creek, and the bigs all jumped on a swing in the maple tree. Umm...front door's open.
Just a normal hour on the ranch.
