Wonderful Saturday morning.
You know how it goes.
Sleep in.
Everyone pile in for a cuddle in mom and dad's bed for a bit.
And after breakfast,
GREAT intentions to get things clean.
Crank up the Crosley
(world reggae first, then a bit of good old
My Turn On Earth).
It starts off awesome.
And then about 2 1/2 minutes later we start to get distracted.

Kate saves me.
(In her mind, she saved the dishes.
She told me they were happy being warm and clean.)
Spencer feels the strong urge to organize and sharpen the knives.
(love the crossed legs.)
Oh, look at my little plants.
That's a watermelon plant.
(I think that I may have planted them too early.)
There are tomato plants in there too.
Ezra jams in the kitchen,
while Spencer, who has apparently finished organizing and sharpening, escapes to the library.
But then so did they...

| There are 2 children in this picture. Can you spot them? |
I tell Spencer he needs to practice the piano.
He does and then shows me some stuff on it, like which notes were which.
And then everyone went outside to play because it was sunny, and like at least 50 degrees.
All of this is done before 11:00 a.m.
So you see, it was a totally normal Saturday morning around here.
Accomplishments happening around every corner (((sarcasm))).
Don't ask if the house is clean.
Don't ask if the house is clean.
What are your Saturday mornings like?
