J.M.A. + S.W.A. = Together FOREVER

So, last Thursday, we flew to Vegas, then drove to St. George. Saturday we were to go to the wedding of Weston's brother Jamon and our newest sis-in-law Staci. The whole trip was fast but great fun, a blast really. Here're some highlights:

Yup, here we all are at the Texas Road House. It was a loud and crazy place - I loved it! And they had the best all-you-can-eat melt-in-your-mouth butter rolls. Mmm. It was a great place for a bachelor party - and almost as crazy as we get. The waiter dude pulled out this saddle on wheels thing for Jamon to sit on, and then the waiter yelled to "ev'rybody in the HOWWSE!" to "listen up, and give this boy that's gettin' married tomorra' a respectful round'a YEE-HAW!" It was cool.

Mom and Dad Andelin were supposed to arrive on Friday morning from Chile, but their plane was leaking hydraulic fluid and they couldn't leave. The wedding was postponed 2 hours in hopes that they would be there by then, the luncheon was pushed back 1 1/2 hours and Mom and Dad A did everything they could to make arrangements to be in St. George before the wedding, which was now at noon on Saturday. They caught a plane to Argentina, then to...well, I really don't know where. All I know is that they were running from place to place, hopping on planes, running through gates, not sleeping... Craziness, so I heard.

They finally pulled up to the temple about 10 minutes before the wedding. It was a happy and tearful reunion as we met them on the sidewalk in front of the temple. They met a new granddaughter and a new daughter-in-law!, and were about to met their soon-to-be other daughter-in-law. It was quite the 15 minutes for them.

Weston and I were scheduled to fly out at 4:50 that afternoon. But since the wedding got pushed back and Elder y Hermana Andelin had just arrived and we wanted to spend some time with them, we extended our trip for another day. We are so glad that we did.

We thought that we were funny. We had fun anyway. And that black stuff on our teeth was a mix of oreos and cream cheese. Um, yum. Oh yeah, and check out those earrings. They were 3 pair for 2 dollars. And since Staci's accent color was orange, we couldn't refuse. Hideous, huh? (Actually, I really like them.)
